Expert native speakers

The expertise of native speakers is our formula for success. For each translation job we confide in the skills and experience of native speakers. Our mother-tongue linguists are skillful and experienced translators with top ranking knowledge of their languages and relevant diplomas. We use only translators hand-picked to match the themes and content of your project. Hence our translations are accurate and meet international quality standards. We stand by all of the translations done by our mother-tongue linguists. If you are not completely satisfied with the performed translation, we will make the required corrections, free of charge, until it meets your full requirements. If there are any issues or questions with one of our translations, we will settle them until you are completely satisfied with the quality and accuracy of the completed translation.

We are a project-based company struggling with the balance between quality, cost and time. Moreover, we are concerned in performing this as efficient and effective as possible. In order to achieve such efficiency for each translation project we assign a manager who is in charge of all process steps: defining, planning, executing, monitoring and closing. Up-to-date translation tools and techniques

We are abreast of the times and intensively introduce the most advanced mechanisms of automation of translation processes, as well as the so-called CAT tools based on the up-to-date Translation Memory technology. All projects are performed with the help of the relevant translation memory software. We mainly work in SDL Trados Studio, which allows us to boost the translation processes, guarantee maximum consistency in style and terminology, handle term bases and collect already translated content for future use. Additionally, we use electronic dictionaries, terminology management software, linguistic search engines, image editors and desktop publishing systems, as well as business manager systems for proper project management. They enable us to develop complex technical solutions to meet specific clients’ needs.

Individual customer glossary for continuous improvement

A client-focused glossary is an overriding solution to constantly improving our quality and this glossary is expanded for each translation. It contains key terminology in your source language, as well as approved translations (for that terminology) in your target language. This helps translators by shortening the time needed to translate strings and frees up your time (or your reviewer’s time) because you don’t have to double check and see if commonly used terms are translated correctly and consistently. One of the key purposes of a glossary is to enforce consistency in messaging and branding, providing current and future translators with a repository of properly translated company and industry-specific terms. When creating the translation memory, we use a CAT tool and we always consult with you when developing a glossary.

Iontas shall not publicly disclose in any way this information without preceding written authorization from the client, but not including outsourcers or subcontractors preliminary authorized by Iontas and the Client who need such information to complete their jobs.
